Hollie Neujahr, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, CMTPT, Owner/Founder

Hollie is the owner of N2 Physical Therapy, LLC and has been a Physical Therapist since 2009 after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. She received her Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), has a strong orthopedic background and has taken extensive pelvic floor, chronic pain, myofascial trigger point, and fascial manipulation coursework.

Amy Osborne, PT, DPT

Amy brings a comprehensive and holistic approach to her treatment with her background in fitness and nutrition therapy. She has extensive experience in exercise prescription for athletes with pelvic floor dysfunction as well as the pregnant/postpartum population, including diastasis rectus abdominis correction and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

April Dominick, PT, DPT, COMT

April delivers evidence-based care tailored to her patients’ individual needs in pelvic health, including: pre-natal/post-partum care, orthopedic conditions, pelvic pain and bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunctions. Her treatment philosophy stems from her passion to empower patients to reach their optimal potential through movement, coupled with a sound understanding of the mind and body connection.

Denise Amsrud

Denise Amsrud, PT, DPT, WCS

Denise believes empowering patients with education and strategies are key for optimal long term outcome.  In addition, collaboration with other health care providers is essential in treating patients from a holistic approach, as it really does “take a village”.  

Shannon Merriman, PT, DPT

Shannon is an experienced Physical Therapist who specializes in working with athletes and women who are pregnant or postpartum. Her focus on using the latest evidence-based methods including manual therapy, dry needling, and functional movement help her provide individualized treatments for each patient she sees.

Lisa Cheek, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA

Lisa’s treatment philosophy emphasizes care for the whole person and considering the big picture when treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Lisa believes in empowering patients through education and incorporating principles of modern pain science.
