Rachel is originally from Minnesota. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Throughout graduate school, Rachel focused her clinical rotations on pelvic health and developed an strong interest in this specialty. After graduating, she moved to Denver to begin her career as a physical therapist, working in outpatient orthopedics. She knew that pelvic health would be the course she would take within physical therapy, though, so she started taking continuing education courses and focused on learning more about this field. She eventually made the switch and started to treat pelvic health full time with N2. Coming from orthopedics though, Rachel continues to treat pelvic floor and other parts of the body together. She loves being able to make a personal and lasting impact on all of her patients.
When not in the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and her husband, Kevin. As long as people are around, Rachel is willing to do anything that Colorado has to offer! Being from Minnesota, though, she loves boating, tubing, jet skiing and laying in the sand at any lake. She also has 5 siblings and 9 nieces and nephews in Tennessee, so she gets back there as often as possible.
